Keith Kirwan joins Andy in Keynsham East

Long-time Liberal Democrat campaigner Keith Kirwan has joined Andy Wait in Keynsham East to ensure that this community is well represented locally. Currently a Keynsham Town Councillor and former B&NES Councillor, Keith has made transport, pensions and health his main priories. He has campaigned successfully for the refurbishment of Keynsham Station and campaigned for the retention of the old facilities when the new Keynsham Health Centre was being built.

Keynsham’s residents can use the One Stop Shop at the new Keynsham Civic Centre. Lib Dem run B&NES Council has joined up with a number of other public and voluntary services such as Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), Curo, the Police, West of England Care and Repair and others to offer a variety of face to face help and advice, phone and online services in a bright, modern and welcoming environment. Council services available include Council Connect, Library and Information services, and Registrar Services.

Sir Graham Watson MEP briefs Keynsham East campaigner

Sir Graham Watson, Lib Dem MEP for the South West and Gibraltar, has met with local campaigner Andy Wait. Andy received an update on Sir Graham’s action on the flood crisis in the South West and his “In Europe – In Work campaign”. Sir Graham met Andy after touring Wessex Water’s scientific labs at Mead Lane, Saltford.
