Ensure improvements to the Number 12 bus service.
See more grit bins, especially near our vulnerable residents
Ensure the completion of the 20mph trial zone.
Improved road safety, especially round the Southdown Road/Englishcombe Lane junction.
Encourage the council to work better with community groups.
Equip all our bus shelters with bins.

The uprooted road sign at the top of Padleigh Hill at the junction with Whiteway Road has been reported to the Council for repair and resetting.

Mount Road Shops

We noticed that there was a lot of litter along the shop parade this morning and asked that it be cleared quickly. The parade is swept daily but litter remains a problem especially if the bins are not used.

Mount Road Play area

The refurbishment of the Mount Road Play area is coming on apace and will soon be reopened. The Liberal Democrat Council has been investing in upgrading play areas across Bath and NE Somerset and it is great that this much.

Museum of Bath at work - Know your neighbourhood

The Museum of Bath is currently displaying its Know Your Place exhibition featuring all the areas of Bath. The Englishcombe and Southdown board has a fascinating set of facts and information about the area. The exhibition is well worth visiting.
