About Twerton The Twerton ward lies to the south-west of Bath city and, like the wards that it borders on to, is a heavily residential part of the city. Twerton is one of three areas to recieve thousands of pounds in funding to regenerate its community facilities - Twerton Village Hall has applied for several grants to improve security and promote greater use of its facilities. Bath City FC ("the Romans") are based at Twerton Park football ground, and in addition to the main team, young people from across the city play in the Bath City Youth team.
